Ingredients:

  • sachet of Japanese miso soup
  • dash of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp diced silken tofu
  • a good sprig of watercress

Method:

  1. Dissolve a sachet of Japanese miso soup mix in a bowl with boiling water.
  2. Add a dash soy sauce, diced silken tofu and a good sprig of watercress.
